ITEM AVAILABILITY
At Ecowise Wellness, we are committed to ensuring that all products listed on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Orders begin processing as soon as your purchase is complete. Items will be shipped once they are confirmed in stock, your payment is verified, and the shipping address is validated. Currently, we do not offer pre-order or backorder options.
SHIPPING METHODS
Processing times are generally 1 to 2 business days.
Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) will also be shipped the same day, with a guaranteed delivery within 2 business days. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?
If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Ecowise customer service team at v.shirlina@ecowisevitamins.com. Orders are processed Monday through Friday; please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
WHY DOESN'T THE USPS WEBSITE RECOGNIZE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been shipped, it may take 1-2 business days for tracking information to update. Standard shipments are typically delivered via USPS, and tracking details can be checked at USPS.com.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
All communication regarding your order, including any potential issues or delays, will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid missing important updates.
