ITEM AVAILABILITY

At Ecowise Wellness, we are committed to ensuring that all products listed on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Orders begin processing as soon as your purchase is complete. Items will be shipped once they are confirmed in stock, your payment is verified, and the shipping address is validated. Currently, we do not offer pre-order or backorder options.

SHIPPING METHODS

Processing times are generally 1 to 2 business days.
Standard orders placed before 9:00 AM EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via email.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Ecowise customer service team at care@ecowisevitamins.com. Orders are processed Monday through Friday; please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.


WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER RECOGNIZED BY UPS OR USPS?

After your order has been shipped, it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system. For standard shipments, orders are typically delivered via USPS. You can track your shipment on the UPS website (UPS.com) or USPS website (USPS.com), depending on the carrier used for your order.
