We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, allowing you to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with the packaging label intact. Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds for items that have been opened or used. Once the product is opened, it may become compromised and potentially unsafe for other customers. Therefore, refunds will only be granted for opened items if there is sufficient proof of a valid issue, such as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with the packaging label intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, reach out to us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription on the same day it renews and the payment has already been processed, we cannot provide a refund for that renewal period. Please be mindful of your renewal dates to avoid any inconvenience.
